Ein grosser Teil dieser Prüfungen wird derzeit elektronisch auf Tablets durchgeführt. Die aktuellen Prüfungstablets haben ihr „End of life“ erreicht und sollen im ersten Quartal 2025 ersetzt werden. In diesem Rahmen kooperieren vier Universitäten bei der Beschaffung von neuen Prüfungstablets, um über die bestellte Menge einen günstigeren Preis pro Tablet sowie bessere Servicekonditionen zu realisieren. Die geplante Beschaffung umfasst insgesamt 1700 Tablets. Die vier Universitäten bestellen im Anschluss an das Beschaffungsverfahren direkt und eigenständig beim Zuschlagssieger die ausgewiesene Anzahl Tablets. Die bestellte Menge liefert der Zuschlagssieger direkt an die jeweilige Universität.
