Neben dem helpLine-System Version 6.3 der IT der BAHN-BKK wird parallel auch noch eine eigenständige Version helpLine Version 6.4 bei der Stabsstelle Controlling der BAHN-BKK im Haus genutzt. Beide Versionen sollen im Rahmen dieser Ausschreibung abgelöst und in die neue Software überführt werden. Dafür soll ein EVB-IT-Systemvertrag zum 15. April 2024 abgeschlossen werden. Die Dauer für die Herstellung der Betriebsbereitschaft ist mit ca. 80 Arbeitstagen ab Zuschlagserteilung festgelegt. Der daran anschließende Systemservice (Service/Wartung und Support/Weiterentwicklung) wird auf unbestimmte Dauer abgeschlossen und hat eine Mindestvertragsdauer von 48 Monaten. Die Leistung unterteilt sich in folgende Komponenten: • Überlassung von Standardsoftware (Verkauf oder Vermietung) • Datenmigration • Erstellung des Gesamtsystems und Herbeiführung der Betriebsbereitschaft • Durchführung von Schulungen • Projektmanagement • Durchführung von Systemserviceleistungen • Weiterentwicklung und Anpassung des Gesamtsystems']} Platforma: TED (Tenders Electronic Daily) - Unia Europejska
